On March 2, the chairmen meeting of China National Solar Thermal Energy Alliance approved the membership applications of China Renewable Energy Engineering Institute, State Power Investment Central Research Institute, Peking University, Shenzhen Jinfan Power Co., Ltd and Guangdong Leizig Thermoelectric Technology Engineering Co., Ltd. Up to now, the members of the Alliance has reached 63.
As one of the sixteen Energy Research Advisory Bases set up by National Energy Administration, China Renewable Energy Engineering Institute is also the National Renewable Energy Information Management Center. With its accession, the Alliance could better connect the demands of solar thermal power industry with relevant state policies and regulations, so as to guide the industrial development direction at the national level.
