Solar Thermal Industry and Technology Development Forum was held in Beijingon April 2, 2015. The forum was organized by National Solar Thermal Energy Alliance and Koelnmesse. About 200 representatives from enterprises, universities and research institutions attended the forum.
On the morning of Apr. 2, Mr. Liu Xiaobing, general secretary of National Solar Thermal Energy Alliance, presided over the forum. Mr. Tian Li, vice chairman of National Solar Thermal Energy Alliance and also general manager of Huadian New Energy Technology Development Corporation, made keynote speech on the forum. In his speech, Mr. Tian Li introduced the significance of CSP technology development and utilization, the status and outlook ofChina’s CSP technology development and the related work conducted by Huadian Corporation.
Those presented on the forum include: Ms. Shi Jingli, researcher of Energy Research Institute National Development and Reform Commission; Mr. Zhou Jianxiong, NPC representative and party secretary of Xiangtan Electric Manufacturing Group Co., Ltd; Mr. He Tao, vice chairman of IEA SHC organizing committee and deputy director of Institute Building Environment and Energy, etc. The forum included 10 oral presentations and 2 dialogues altogether.
