Recently, the generator stator for the Delingha CSP project was successfully lifted and positioned.
According to reports, the project is located in the photovoltaic (CSP) industrial park of Delingha City, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province. It covers an area of approximately 53,000 acres, with a total installed capacity of 2,000 MW, including 1,600 MW of photovoltaic power and 400 MW of CSP storage. After commissioning, the project is expected to generate 3.65 billion kWh of electricity annually. Among these, the 200 MW tower CSP project is part of the Phase I 1,000 MW integrated CSP and storage project, featuring a 6-hour storage duration and a 25% CSP storage ratio. This makes it the CSP project with the highest CSP storage ratio in China. The CSP project was awarded to a consortium comprising the Northwest Engineering Corporation Limited, Power China Hubei Engineering Co.,Ltd and Northwest Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Co., Ltd.
