On February 19, the Hami "Solar Thermal + Photovoltaic" Integrated Energy Demonstration Project, with a total installed capacity of 1000000kW, resumed full-scale construction. The project is invested and constructed by CTGR. It includes a 100,000kW linear Fresnel solar thermal energy storage power station and a 900,000kW photovoltaic power station.

Chen Wei, the general project manager of the Three Gorges Hami Solar Thermal Project from the Northwest Electric Power Design Institute of China Electric Power Engineering Consulting Group, stated that currently, there are already 200 construction workers on site. Preparations have been made in terms of manpower, equipment, and funding to ensure the smooth completion of the project schedule while guaranteeing safety.

According to the reporter's investigation, the project has a heat collection area of 800,000 square meters and requires the installation of 260,000 reflective mirrors. This has become a key focus after the resumption of work. The construction unit is continuously improving construction efficiency by increasing manpower input and optimizing organization.
