Recently, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Energy Bureau organized the selection and announced the top ten typical cases of energy science and technology equipment innovation application for 2024. Among them, the case of "New Generation Large-Aperture Parabolic Trough Solar Thermal Power High-Efficiency Integrated Collector Application Equipment" declared by Bayannur ROYALTECH Energy Storage Science and Innovation Park Development Co., Ltd. was selected.

This equipment adopts a new type of spatial frame structure and features a fully proprietary node design. Compared with traditional spherical nodes and the plate-type nodes currently used in parabolic trough concentrator space frame structures both domestically and internationally, it has several times the bending and torsional strength and rigidity. The process is simplified, and production efficiency and manufacturing precision are greatly improved. Significant breakthroughs have been made in the fields of new material applications for supports, new technologies for heat collection tube coatings, reflector processes, and optical efficiency enhancement. It has solved major issues such as ultra-large load drive systems and high-precision sun-tracking, further improving the efficiency of photoelectric conversion and reducing the cost of solar thermal power, providing strong support for the large-scale development of solar thermal power generation.
