After the Spring Festival holiday, the 1 million kW " solar thermal tower energy storage + new energy" integrated project of Xinhua Power in Bozhou is advancing in an orderly fashion. Currently, the first batch of 600,000 kW of photovoltaic power has been successfully connected to the grid, and the solar thermal part is in the peak period of equipment installation.
According to the project's PC joint general contractor, Gansu Province installation & Construction Group Co.,Ltd., workers have been working in shifts during the Spring Festival. They are currently engaged in the grinding work of the intermediate bearing seat platform of the turbine, preparing for the subsequent positioning of the intermediate bearing seat. At the same time, they are also carrying out preliminary work for the installation of the turbine's own equipment.
It is reported that the construction of the nearly 200-meter-high heat absorption tower is nearing completion, with various tasks progressing in an orderly manner. Some heliostats have already been installed.
Luo Zhenguo, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Xinhua BoTai (Bole) Power Investment Co., Ltd., stated that they will accelerate the construction of the solar thermal tower project, striving to achieve full capacity grid connection of the solar thermal integrated project.
