The total power generation of SUPCON SOLAR Delingha 50MW CSP Tower Project was18.692GWh in January 2022, with achieving rate of 99.15%. The system is operating well.

From December 26th of Dec. to 31st of Jan.(The power meter reading cycle by electric power company was changed as the period from the first day to the last day of each month since 2022. Therefor this statistical period was 37 days.),total DNI 250.53KWh/㎡, the plant practically generated 18.692GWh on the basis of its theoretical designed capacity with 18.853GWh, achieving 99.15%. Totally 17.859GWh was connected to the grid, with cumulative generation time of 687.7 hours. Among the 35 actual operating days, outputs on 22 days reached 100% capacity. In addition, there were 4 days (12-15th) of this month when the plant organized the maintenance of the transmission line, which affected the power generation of about 770,000KWh, resulting in a decrease of about 4 percent in the monthly power generation achieving rate. Without consideration of the influence of line maintenance factors, the monthly power generation achieving rate would be as high as 103.23%.

It is particularly worth being mentioned that at 10:21am on January 23, a magnitude 5.8 earthquake occurred in Delingha, Haixi Prefecture, Qinghai Province, with a focal depth of 8 kilometers. While the operation of the plant was stable, the sub-system equipment such as Solar Concentrating, Thermal Receiving, Thermal Storage, Thermal Exchange, and Power Generation were in good condition, and the unit was still in a state of full-load power generation.
