Enesoon New Energy Co. Ltd and Fisonic Energy Crop. signed a HSES Technical Services Cooperation Agreement on February 28. Enesoon Holding Group Company's chief scientist Zhiyong Zeng and Fisonic Energy's CEO Robert Kremer signed the agreement on behalf of the two companies in New York, United States.
Fisonic is an energy service company that utilizes new technology to provide clean and efficient energy solutions for different industries. Both sides agreed to apply Enesoon’s HSES “Energy Storage + Complementary Multiple Energy + Smart Energy”technology, to provide clean energy solutions for heat, cooling, hot water and other energy supply. The two companies reached a primary agreement on establishing a new company Enesoon New York Limited, building a foundation for Enesoon’s HSES technology to enter the North American market.
Both parties discussed about the application of clean energy technology, and agreed to work together for project implementation. The application of the HSES technology can provide and supply economic, efficient and stable clean energy for the projects.
