On 24 August 2015, ADB issued an invitation for bids for Procurement of Heat Transfer Fluid for 50MW CSP Plant located in Qinghai Delingha.
Asian Development Bank (ADB) has granted a loan towards the cost of Qinghai Delingha Concentrated Solar Thermal Power Project. Part of this loan will be used for the payment. China National Technical Imp. & Exp. Corp. and China Guangdong Nuclear Power Engineering Co., Ltd. Consortium (the “Tendering Agent”), authorized and on behalf of CGN Delingha Solar Energy Co., Ltd (the “Purchaser”), invites sealed bids from eligible bidders that meeting the technical and financial qualification criteria stated in the attached document.
To purchase the bidding documents in English, eligible bidders should write to the Tendering Agent and pay a non-refundable fee of CNY1,000 or USD165 by cash, check or directly deposit to the specified account.
The Bid should be delivered on or before 9 October 2015, 10:00 a.m. (Beijing time).
