On August 31, the 50MW beam-down molten salt tower plant developed by Yumen Xinneng, one of the 20 CSP demo projects of China, launched its BOP Construction formally in Gansu Province.
The developer, Yumen Xinneng is a joint company of THVOW Tech (85%), Jiangsu XinChen CSP (10%) and Shanghai Parasol renewable Energy (5%). As the technology supplier, XinChen CSP adopts an innovative beam-down technology, and the whole project will comprise of 15 modules. It’s expected that this project has a high chance to meet the deadline of the NEA’s requirement of the operation.
