Chayouzhongqi Government and Tianjin Binhai CSP Investment Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation framework agreement on solar thermal power project recently. Mr. Shi Wanjun, Deputy Mayor of Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, attended the agreement signing ceremony.
It is reported that the project, which is located in Chayouzhongqi, has a total investment of RMB 20 billion yuan and covers a planned area of 27 square kilometers, with an installed capacity of 500,000kW. The project will use trough technology with molten salt as heat transfer fluid.
Mr. Shi Wanjun pointed out that solar thermal power project, with low power consumption and low emission, is a kind of clean and new energy project. The implementation of the project is sure to optimize the industrial structure of Chayouzhongqi.
