Groundbreaking ceremony of “Enesoon CSP high-end equipment park” was held in Baotou, on Aril 18, 2015. This is also China’s first CSP high-end equipment manufacturing base. Those presented at the ceremony included: Mr. Xu Delin, Member of Standing Committee of Baotou Municipal Committee and executive vice-mayor ofBaotoucity; Mr. Zhang Shiming, vice-mayor of Baotoucity; Ms. Wang Xiulian, Secretary of Party Leadership Group of Development and Reform Commission of Baotou City; Mr. Wang Zhifeng, President of China National Solar Thermal Energy Alliance, ect.
Enesoon CSP high-end equipment park covers a planned area of 800 mu, plans to invest RMB 2.8 billion yuan and introduce mature CSP equipment manufacturers from Europe, such as Spain and Germany. When completed, it can provide 10000 jobs, and its annual output value will reach 10 billion yuan. Meanwhile, it plans to cultivate one or two leading enterprises in CSP equipment manufacturing industry and three to five listed companies.
“As a future clean energy export base in China, Baotou has sound infrastructure, strong industrial supporting ability and efficient government service capabilities, which are very suitable for large-scale clean energy investment,” said Mr. Zhang Shiming, vice-mayor of Baotou city. According to Dr. Wang Zhifeng, president of National Solar Thermal Energy Alliance, Enesoon CSP high-end equipment park will stimulate the development of local economy, accelerate the progress of CSP technology and promote the commercial development of China’s CSP industry.
