Notice on Holding the 2024 China Solar Thermal Power Generation Conference (Second Round)

To all relevant units and individuals:

In order to continue to promote the exchange and cooperation in solar thermal power generation and related technologies, and to "promote the industrial development of solar thermal power generation through scientific and technological innovation," the National Solar Thermal Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance, the Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics, the Chinese Renewable Energy Society, and the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering have decided to jointly host the 2024 China Solar Thermal Power Generation Conference in Dunhuang City, Gansu Province, in mid-September. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

3. Registration fee

Attendees is required to pay a registration fee. The related transportation and accommodation expenses shall be borne by the attendees.

Instructions:

1. After the registration fee is paid and an invoice is issued, if you are unable to attend the conference in person, the registration fee can be transferred for use at the next year's conference.
2. Students must provide proof of student status, such as a student ID, upon check-in.
3. If more than three people (excluding three) from the same unit register, they are eligible for a 10% discount on the registration fee.

4.  Conference Hotel

Venue: Dunhuang Tianhe Hotel (No. 106 Mingshan Middle Road). The hotel is located adjacent to the Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Lake scenic area in Dunhuang, approximately 16 kilometers from Dunhuang Mogao International Airport, and about 14 kilometers from Dunhuang Railway Station.

Agreement price: The price for a standard room/single king bed with single breakfast is 310 yuan per room per night, and with double breakfast is 380 yuan per room per night.
