About the conference
The 2nd China Solar Thermal Electricity Conference will be held on from August 10-12, 2016 in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. As the upgrade of the Sanya International CSP Forum, which began in 2007 and has been held for eight sessions, China Solar Thermal Electricity Conference is now the largest, the most authoritative and influential conference on solar thermal power technology in Asia.
The conference is organized by China National Solar Thermal Energy Alliance, Chinese Renewable Energy Society, Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics and Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, hosted by Inner Mongolia Electric Power Survey & Design Institute Co., Ltd, Inner Mongolia Lenon New Energy Co., Ltd. and Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. It is expected that there’ll be about 400 delegates for the conference this year.

2. Paper submission
1) Topics: solar collectors, solar receivers, heat transfer fluids, heat storage / thermochemical energy storage, power cycles, solar thermal electricity system, grid integration, advanced solar thermal electricity manufacturing, reliability and service life prediction, commercialization and demonstration projects, policy and marketing, solar fuels, measurement and control, solar resource assessment, general technical problems of solar thermal electricity.
2) Submission Deadline:
Abstract submission deadline: June 30, 2016
Date of acceptance notification: July 8, 2016
Full text of paper submission deadline: August 2, 2016
3) Paper requirements:
(1)The format is not protected by the Word version, and the length is within 1 page;
(2)The submitted papers are expected to reflect the latest research and achievements of solar thermal electricity both at home and abroad.
(3)To ensure an orderly forum process, for those who will do oral presentations, please submit the title and abstract of your presentation in English (Chinese participants should submit that both in English and Chinese) before the abstract submission deadline.
(4)Abstract format requirements:

·Author: in the middle, Song Typeface in 4 point font.
·Company name and zip code: in the middle Song Typeface in 5 point font.

4) All presentation documents must be sent to the secretariat at cstec2016@126.com entitled with “2016 2nd China Solar Thermal Electricity Conference” prior to August 2, 2016. In order to protect intellectual property rights better, please do fill in the attached “personal information and materials use authorization form” and send it back with the paper together.
5) To ensure the communication effect, all presentation slides are suggested to be written in both Chinese and English language.
6) If there are new changes of your presentation, please make sure to copy the updated presentation to conference computer 30 minutes before the meeting.
7) Those excellent papers will be recommended to the Alliance’s strategic partner Taiyangneng Xuebao/Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica and other magazines, and will be given priority on publication time.
8) The conference presentation is for the technology exchange, and if you would like to promote your company’s technology and product, please refer to the sponsorship program.
3. Registration
With registration, attendees will have all the materials and conference meals. The transportation, accommodation and other expenses will be borne by attendee himself.
