About the conference
The first China Solar Thermal Electricity Conference, which is organized by National Solar Thermal Energy Alliance, Chinese Renewable Energy Society, Chinese Society of Engineering Thermophysics and Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering will be held in Dunhuang city, Gansu Province, China from August 19th to 21st, 2015.
The First China Solar Thermal Electricity Conference is formerly the Sanya International CSP Forum, which began in 2007 and has been held for eight sessions. The Forum is also one of the most authoritative and influential international forums on solar thermal power technology in Asia. Researchers and scholars, governmental officials and investors from China, the United States, Germany, Spain, Italy, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Korea, Japan and India are expected to attend the conference.
The conference mainly focuses on exploring the approaches to promote solar thermal electricity （STE） technology into industrialization, and technical economy and industrial policy are also main topics.

Paper submission
Scholars and practitioners in STE field are cordially invited to submit your original research papers to this conference. The Alliance will recommend the accepted papers to Taiyangneng Xuebao/Acta Energiae Solaris Sinica for publication. The conference proceeding is expected to be indexed by CNKI and included in CPFD.

Forms of paper publication: oral presentations and poster
Paper submission requirements:
1. The conference language will be both Chinese and English. Conference presentations are expected to reflect the latest research and achievements of STE both at home and abroad. Papers submitted should not be published in neither domestic nor foreign journals or presented in any other academic conferences.
2. To ensure an orderly conference process, for those who will do oral presentations, please submit the title and abstract of your presentation in English (Chinese participants should submit that both in English and Chinese) before the abstract submission deadline.
Abstract format requirements:
English title: in the middle, Times New Roman in 17 pt.
Author’s English name: in the middle Times New Roman in 13 pt.
English name of author’s company and zip code: in the middle, Times New Roman in 8 pt.
English abstract and English key words: Times New Roman in 8 pt.
Author’s brief introduction: Times New Roman in 10 pt.
3. Please add a brief introduction of the first author(less than 100 words) to the end of your paper.
4. Deadline
Abstract submission deadline: July 10th, 2015.
Date of acceptance notification: August 5th, 2015.
5. Please submit your papers to cstec2015@126.com with a subject of “Paper for 1st China Solar Thermal Electricity Conference”. Please provide at least a reliable E-mail Address and write the detailed contact information of the author at the end of your paper, including detailed corresponding address, zip code, telephone number, mobile number and E-mail address.
6. Enterprise propaganda and promotion for its business activities is not accepted.
7. For those who will present in the conference, please prepare your presentation in formats of WORD or PPT. No limits on page number.
Registration:
With registration, attendees could have conference related materials and conference proceeding as well as conference meals. The transportation and accommodation expenses will be borne by attendee himself.
The participants can remit the full payment into the following bank account before Aug. 5th, 2015. Please be sure to indicate clearly the registrant or the sender’s name, company’s name, remittance amount and the corresponding items. Please send the remittance proof and the registration table to the conference Organizing Committee by email before Aug. 5th, 2015.
