On May 18, China Atomic Energy Industry Co., Ltd was entrusted by Yumen Xinao New Energy Co., Ltd to invite qualified bidders for online electronic bidding on the cost consulting service of its «Solar Thermal Power Energy Storage + Photovoltaic + Wind Power» demonstration project of 100MW solar thermal energy storage in Yumen.

Project Overview：
The planned total installed capacity of this project is 700MW. The projects include: 100MW solar thermal power project, 400MW photovoltaic power project, 200MW wind power project, a new 330kV gathering station, which is connected to the 330kV side of the 750kV substation through one 330kV line. The site of «Solar Thermal Power Energy Storage + Photovoltaic» is located in Huahai Photoelectric Base in Huahai Town, Yumen City, Gansu Province. The site is about 13km away from Huahai Town in the north, 65km away from Yumen New Urban area in the northwest and 57km away from Jiayuguan City in the southeast.
The solar thermal energy storage project plans to build 1.3 million square meters linear Fresnel solar power heat collection field (technology of Lanzhou Dacheng Technology Co., Ltd), with an installed capacity of 100MW, including one set of heat storage system (equipped with 8-hour heat storage system), 1 set of steam generation system, one set of high temperature ultra-high pressure, one primary intermediate reheat turbo-generator system and other auxiliary facilities.
Main qualification requirements of Bidder:
In the past three years, I have been responsible for the construction stage cost consulting, completion settlement audit cost consulting project performance.
The person in charge of the proposed project shall be qualified as a Level 1 registered cost engineer
Joint bids are not accepted for this project.
