On May 10, Shanghai Baohua International Bidding Co., Ltd was entrusted by China Shipbuilding New Power Co., Ltd to bid for high pressure heater and low pressure heater in its Tibet Zabuye source grid load storage integrated energy supply project.

1. High pressure heater:
* Operation mode: As a solar thermal power equipment, the high pressure heater can meet the needs of daily startup and shutdown. The designed service life of the parts (excluding the wearing parts) of the high-pressure heater shall not be less than 25 years. Frequent start-stop of the unit will affect the fatigue life of the attached equipment. Accordingly, the life and operation of the high-pressure heater provided by the bidder shall match the system:
Cold start (cylinder metal temperature about 40% below the full load value of the measuring point) at least 50 times/year
Warm start (cylinder metal temperature is about 40% ~ 80% of the full load value of the measuring point) at least 300 times/year
Hot start (cylinder metal temperature is about 80% higher than the full load value of the measuring point) at least 300 times/year
Load step > 30% rated power /min 14400 times /25 years
The bidder states that the maximum number of pipe plugging allowed by the high heater is not less than 10% of the total number of pipes, and under the condition of the pipe plugging, the high heater can still meet the design parameters to ensure that the performance of the high pressure heater can meet the requirements of feed water heating in each working condition of the steam turbine unit and the requirements of the trap end difference of the heater and the feed water end difference in each working condition. The tenderer shall provide the tenderee with the construction technology of heater plugging pipe.
2. Low pressure heater:
* Operation mode: Low pressure heater starts randomly. As a solar thermal power equipment, the low pressure heater can adapt to the daily start-up and shutdown needs. The designed service life of the parts (excluding the wearing parts) of the low pressure heater shall not be less than 25 years. Frequent start-stop of the unit will affect the fatigue life of the attached equipment. Accordingly, the life and operation of the low-pressure heater provided by the bidder shall match the system:
