◐ Participated in the project design of The first commercial solar thermal power station in Asia: Central Control Solar Delingha 10MW tower solar thermal power station;
Participated in the engineering design of Nooro III 150MWTower CSP plant in Morocco;
◐ Completed the main heat collection and storage process (construction drawing stage) and equipment technical parameters determination of Hami 50MW tower solar thermal power station of CPECC.

Mr. Haoyi Wang, Director of the Onshore Energy Department of the New Energy Research Institute of Hydropower and Water Conservancy Planning and Design Institute

Wang Haoyi is the Director of the Onshore Energy Department at the Renewable Energy Research Institute of China Renewable Energy Engineering Institute, and a Senior Engineer. He mainly engages in the research of renewable energy power generation technology and policy. In the field of CSP, he has been a key participant in the research and drafting of multiple national and provincial CSP policies. He has presided over the technical review of dozens of CSP projects and participated in the formulation of several industry standards in the solar energy field. He has published numerous papers in important academic journals and holds multiple invention patents.

Mr. Luping Liu, Professor-level senior engineer and senior second-level economist at Zhongnan Survey and Design Institute of China Power Construction Group

 Liu Luping holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Management from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He is a Professor-level Senior Engineer, Senior Economist, and one of Leading Talent of the Shenzhen. He has served in key leadership roles, including Deputy Dean at PowerChina Zhongnan Engineering Corporation Limited; Deputy General Manager, and Director of the Science and Technology Committee at CGN New Energy Holdings Co., Ltd.; Executive Deputy Director of the National Energy Solar Thermal Power R&D Center; Member of the Energy Systems Committee of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering; Review Expert for the China Association for Science and Technology’s Science and Technology Talent Awards; and Vice Chairman of the 5th Council of the National Solar Thermal Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. He has been awarded over twenty honors, including the Grand Prize, First Prize, and Third Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress at the provincial/ministerial level, as well as municipal-level Scientific and Technological Progress awards.

With over 40 years of experience in the clean energy sector, Liu Luping is a seasoned expert and strategic manager in China’s solar thermal power industry. His expertise spans technical R&D, planning and design, investment management, and international operations. Committed to advancing clean energy innovation and industrial upgrading, he champions the dual-drive approach of "technology + capital" to propel the large-scale development of solar thermal power in China. He spearheaded the construction of China’s first batch of solar thermal demonstration projects, notably the CGN Delingha 50MW Solar Thermal Power Plant, which achieved the country’s first grid-connected power generation and commercial operation in the sector. 
He has led multiple national and international initiatives, including serving as Principal Investigator for the Ministry of Science and Technology’s 863 Program project “Research and Demonstration of a Trough Collector and Power Generation System Experimental Platform” and the National Energy Administration’s innovation project “Solar Thermal Power Technology R&D Capacity Building.” He also chaired the Expert Group for the Intergovernmental International Science and Technology Cooperation Key Project “Performance Testing and Lifetime Evaluation of Solar Thermal Power Systems and Key Components,” and acted as Chief Convener for the IEC International Standard “Code of Solar Field Performance Test for Parabolic Trough Solar Thermal Power Plants.”

Prof. Gang Xiao, Deputy Director of the Institute for Thermal Energy Engineering at Zhejiang University

 
Xiao Gang is is a professor at Zhejiang University. He was awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Institute for Thermal Energy Engineering at Zhejiang University. He also holds several concurrent positions, including Vice Chairman of the China Solar Thermal Alliance, Deputy Director of the Standardization Technical Committee for Gas Distributed Energy in the Energy Industry, Deputy Director of the New Energy and Energy Storage Engineering Committee of the China Education Association of Machinery Industry, and Subject Editor for the SCI journal Applied Thermal Engineering.
His research and teaching focus on solar thermal power generation, thermochemical heat storage, Brayton cycles (including supercritical CO₂ and air), energy cascading utilization, and multi-energy complementary systems. As the first inventor, he has been granted seven U.S. patents, five Japanese patents, one European patent, and over 100 Chinese patents. He has led the drafting of four national standards and eight group/industry alliance standards. Additionally, he has been the principal investigator for six projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one international cooperation project under the National Key Research and Development Program of China, as well as multiple provincial, ministerial, and industry-funded research projects.
Professor Xiao has published over 150 academic papers, which have been cited more than 3,000 times. He has authored the textbook Solar Energy, which was awarded the Excellent Textbook Award for Energy and Power Engineering by the China Association of Electric Power Education. His contributions have been recognized with several prestigious honors, including the Outstanding Science and Technology Worker Award from the China Electric Power, the Outstanding Young Energy Science and Technology Worker Award from the China Renewable Energy Society, and the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Ministry of Education.

Mr.Duojin Fan, General Manager of Lanzhou Dacheng Technology Co., Ltd.

Fan Duojin, First Class Senior Engineer , is the General Manager of Lanzhou Dacheng Technology Co., Ltd. and the Director of the Engineering Research Center for Integrated Solar-Thermal Energy Storage Systems at Lanzhou Jiaotong University.
With 28 years of experience in technical research and scientific management, Fan has been dedicated to the research, development, and industrialization of vacuum coating, concentrate solar and thermal storage technologies. He has led the manufacturing of large-scale vacuum coating equipment and the construction of first molten salt Linear Fresnel CSP plants, also participated the Chinese National 863 Program’s key project as Chief Chief scientific officer.
Fan led his team construct and operate several 50MW-100MW commercial molten salt linear Fresnel CSP projects, forming core IPs and supply chain. His has applied over 60 invention patents in CSP area, with 28 already authorized. The molten salt linear Fresnel concentrated solar collector system has been appraised as internationally leading and won the Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Progress First Prize. In recent years, Fan has received several rewards, including the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, two First Prizes and one Second Prize of the Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the Outstanding Engineer Encouragement Award, and the Gansu Provincial Youth Science and Technology Award.
 
Mrs. Jianyu Kou, Senior Engineer,Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager in Inner Mongolia Electric Power Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd.

Kou Jianyu ,Senior Engineer,Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager in Inner Mongolia Electric Power Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd.She has been deeply involved in the energy field for more than 30 years. With the ability of "technical innovation+engineering practice+standardization", she is proficient in the technical routes of trough, tower and linear Fresnel in the field of research and development of thermal power generation technology.Put forward innovatively a multi-energy complementary systematic solution of "photothermal+photovoltaic+energy storage" to promote the application of photothermal and traditional energy coupling power generation technology.
 
while also playing a key role in a major project under the National Key Research and Technology Development Program. Obtained one first prize and four third prizes for the Autonomous Region’s Science and Technology Progress Award, as well as one second prize and two third prizes for the China Electric Power Construction Science and Technology Progress Award.moreover, she holds three invention patents and three utility model patents. she has actively participated in the development of over ten international, national, and industry standards.Furthermore, she has been honored with prestigious titles such as "Outstanding Contribution Expert" and "Grassland Talent" by the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, alongside the distinction of "Master of Power Industry Survey and Design".
