On behalf of the Qinghai Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, Luo Dongchuan extended congratulations on the conference being held in Xining for the first time, and expressed gratitude to the experts for their long-term care and support for the development of Qinghai's Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) industry. He said that in recent years, Qinghai has kept in mind the earnest instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, shouldered the major mission of building a national clean energy industry highland, and regarded the development of CSP as a key support for building a new-type power system and ensuring energy security. Based on its unique resource endowment of "abundant water, rich solar, good wind, and vast land," Qinghai has promoted pioneering policy innovation, led the nation in industrial scale, and fully leveraged its leading position in China's CSP industry. Looking toward the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, he expressed hope to join hands with top research forces in the industry and leading enterprises across the industrial chain to jointly tackle key core technologies across the entire CSP chain, expand diversified "CSP+" integrated application scenarios, concentrate efforts on promoting the development of wind-solar large-scale bases, CSP, molten salt energy storage, equipment manufacturing, and other industries, explore the construction of all-green-power generation pilot bases, form more replicable and scalable demonstration models, and make greater contributions to building a strong energy nation and achieving the "dual carbon" goals.

Wang Zhifeng, Li Yaohua, and other attending guests stated that they will leverage their own technological, talent, and platform advantages, accelerate the exploration of effective pathways for technology-driven cost reduction and industrial capacity expansion, lead the scaled and market-oriented development of the CSP industry through innovation-driven growth, and gather more CSP strength for Qinghai to build a national clean energy industry highland.
