30%-40% Growth! MUCHITE Powers Ahead in Solar Thermal Actuator New Track

Recently, Changzhou Reddsi Electromechanical Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as " MUCHITE"), leveraging over two decades of R&D and manufacturing experience in fitness equipment motors, has been officially approved as a governing member of the CSTA. This milestone marks the successful transformation of this specialized and innovative enterprise from a core component supplier for fitness equipment into a cross-domain high-end equipment manufacturer. By customizing and developing solar thermal heliostat electric actuator devices based on mature motor technology, MUCHITE is injecting strong new momentum into the solar thermal industry.

As the core execution mechanism of CSP plants, the solar thermal heliostat electric actuator directly determines the power generation efficiency and reliability of the plant. Its core function is to drive the heliostat to accurately track the sun's trajectory and adjust the mirror angle, ensuring efficient concentration of sunlight. Relying on more than 20 years of technical accumulation in precision motors and electric actuators, MUCHITE has completed the development and testing of dedicated actuators that can meet the stringent requirements of power plants for execution mechanisms in terms of high precision, high reliability, and long service life.

According to Wu Zhijian, General Manager of MUCHITE, the company has long focused on the R&D, production, and sales of electric actuators and linear drive systems, possessing mature precision manufacturing and product supporting capabilities. The outstanding performance of the heliostat dedicated actuator device is a direct reflection of this technical accumulation. In performance testing, this product can complete 3,000 cycles of rated load lifting with a single lubrication, followed by 7,000 additional cycles at 50% of rated load intensity while remaining completely intact. This ensures that the actuator requires no maintenance or re-lubrication within a 25-year service life totaling 10,000 lifting cycles. Additionally, the company provides customers with an ultra-long 10-year warranty service, further demonstrating product reliability.

With its profound technical foundation, MUCHITE has established three major advantages in the solar thermal actuator field: technology, market, and growth. Technologically, since entering the photovoltaic tracking bracket electric actuator market in 2020, the company has continued to innovate and obtained multiple national invention patents. In November 2025, the "Electric Actuator" design patent was granted, achieving technical iteration and upgrade.

In terms of market, MUCHITE 's solar thermal actuators have been exported to Europe and America, steadily capturing market share, making it one of the few enterprises in the Asia-Pacific region with relevant R&D and manufacturing capabilities, and gaining recognition from domestic and international customers. Over the past three years, the company's overall sales have grown at an average annual rate of 30%-40%, with solar thermal actuators as an emerging core segment becoming an important growth pole for the enterprise's diversified development.

Becoming a governing member of the CSTA is an important step for MUCHITE in responding to the national new energy strategy and achieving industrial upgrading. The company will leverage the alliance platform to strengthen industry technical cooperation and enhance product localization levels; connect with project resources to accelerate product marketization and promotion; share industry information to achieve synergistic win-win outcomes.

Behind this cross-domain breakthrough lies robust corporate strength. MUCHITE is located in Changzhou Wujin Economic Development Zone, with deep cooperation with a well-known American motor enterprise, and its core team consists of senior engineers. The company has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a Jiangsu Province specialized and innovative enterprise, among other honors, and holds multiple patents. Since 2002, it has passed UL, CSA, and ISO9001 certifications, with products gaining market recognition for high stability, long service life, and low noise.

With the advancement of "dual carbon" goals and the introduction of solar thermal power generation policies, Muchi Electromechanical has strategically adjusted accordingly, extending into the new energy equipment field based on core technology, and completed the finalization of solar thermal heliostat actuators in 2025. Currently, this product has passed stringent testing and possesses batch delivery capabilities.

In the future, MUCHITE will adhere to its original aspiration of being a "Quality Motor Creator," increase R&D investment, deepen product development in the new energy field, balance both the fitness equipment motor and new energy equipment tracks, and achieve synergistic development between high-end manufacturing and green energy.
