100 MW-level Multi-Tower Single-Trough Concentrating Solar Power SystemMulti-tower single-trough CSP technology is a crucial pathway for developing large-capacity, low-cost solar thermal resources. This achievement pioneered the system architecture for multi-tower concentrating solar collection, overcoming key technical challenges in multi-tower joint concentrating design algorithms, high-precision heliostats, and core absorber materials, effectively enhancing system integration and resource utilization. It has been applied in the 700 MW "CSP+" project in Guazhou, Jiuquan, Gansu, providing a technical reference for constructing a batch of supporting and regulating new energy power stations, primarily based on CSP, in the desertified regions of Northwest China.

500 MW-level Large Pelton Turbine Generator UnitLarge Pelton turbines are core technical equipment for high-head, large-capacity, and high-altitude hydropower stations. This achievement focused on breakthroughs in core components such as the runner and water distribution ring pipe for large Pelton units. It established an optimal hydraulic design system for runners under extreme conditions, overcame technical equipment challenges like ultra-thick complex curved surface welding, and successfully developed the world's currently largest 6.23-meter outer diameter Pelton runner and the world's largest, heaviest single-piece pressure-bearing flow component. This achievement has developed key technologies including integrated design of the reactor vessel and primary loop, high-temperature nickel-based alloys resistant to molten salt corrosion and ultra-fine pore nuclear graphite materials, and large-scale preparation of high-purity molten salts and liquid fuel salts. Based on this achievement, the 2 MW liquid-fueled thorium-based molten salt experimental reactor (TMSR-LF1) achieved the first thorium-uranium nuclear fuel conversion in November 2025, demonstrating the technical feasibility of utilizing thorium resources in TMSR systems and providing key technical support for the future large-scale use of thorium resources.(Completed by: Shanghai Institute of Applied Physics)700 MW-level High-Efficiency Ultra-Supercritical Circulating Fluidized Bed BoilerHigh-efficiency ultra-supercritical circulating fluidized bed (CFB) power generation is an important technical pathway for the clean and efficient utilization of low-quality coal like slime and gangue. This achievement overcame technical challenges in ultra-supercritical, ultra-low emission, and ultra-low energy consumption CFB power generation, achieving a leapfrog breakthrough in CFB technology from supercritical to high-efficiency ultra-supercritical. Compared with traditional supercritical CFB units, it can reduce coal consumption for power supply by approximately 20 grams per kilowatt-hour and possesses superior flexible regulation capability. This achievement mastered the complete set of technologies for the independent design, manufacturing, and testing of high-capacity OLTCs. It developed a 6000 kVA-class OLTC with the world's highest parameters and complete independent intellectual property rights, achieving 1.5 million mechanical cycles and 300,000 maintenance-free switching operations. This achievement developed China's first power market solver. It supports the 24/7 operation of the world's largest centralized unified clearing power market—the Southern Regional Electricity Market—handling calculation scales exceeding 2.1 million constraints and 2.3 million variables. This achievement focused on the unmanned transformation of existing haul trucks in open-pit mines. It overcame key technical equipment challenges such as precise wire-control for ultra-large-tonnage trucks, accurate navigation in complex terrain, compatibility and coordination of multi-vendor equipment, and safety prevention and control under extreme conditions. It filled the technological gap for large-scale unmanned transportation using 300-ton class haul trucks in extra-large open-pit mines. The results have been applied in multiple extra-large open-pit coal mines with annual production exceeding 30 million tons, strongly supporting the digital and intelligent upgrade of traditional mines.(Completed by: China Energy Investment Corporation)Large-Diameter Oil and Gas Pipeline Welding RobotWelding robots are important equipment for the digital and intelligent transformation of oil and gas pipeline construction. This achievement conquered key technologies such as adaptive welding for complex field conditions, precise and intelligent whole-process control, and fusion of multi-modal perception systems. It promoted pipeline welding from "programmed execution" to "autonomous decision-making," filling the gap in intelligent welding technology and equipment for large-diameter pipelines. The results have been applied in major projects like the West-to-East Gas Pipeline Phase III and the Sichuan-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline Phase II, significantly enhancing the digital intelligence level and construction efficiency of long-distance oil and gas pipelines.(Completed by: PipeChina)Large-Capacity Hybrid Solid-Liquid Lithium-Ion Battery Energy Storage SystemHybrid solid-liquid lithium-ion batteries retain a portion of liquid electrolyte while incorporating solid electrolyte materials to enhance performance. They offer high safety, high efficiency, and high energy density, demonstrating broad application prospects. This achievement developed a 314 ampere-hour (Ah) large-capacity hybrid solid-liquid lithium-ion storage battery. Through innovations in topology and control strategies, it enables multi-functional composite applications for energy storage systems and possesses complete independent intellectual property rights. This achievement established a green hydrogen-ammonia technology and equipment system with complete independent intellectual property rights. It enhanced the load regulation range and techno-economic performance of the electricity-hydrogen-ammonia system, achieving synergy from fluctuating new energy sources to stable chemical products.
