The Executive Deputy Chairman Unit of the CSTA and the Special Co-organizer of the 2025 China Solar Thermal Power Generation Conference—CPECC Northwest—has a participation rate of 73% in China's first batch of solar thermal demonstration projects, with a technical route coverage of 100%. In China's second batch of under-construction solar thermal projects, CPECC Northwest has participated in 15 projects as the EPC general contractor, designer, design supervisor, or owner's engineer. It has also undertaken a large number of preliminary works for projects, with a project participation rate of over 50% and a technical route coverage of 100%. So far, several projects from the second batch of under-construction solar thermal projects that CPECC Northwest has participated in, such as the CNNC Yumen New Energy 100MW Molten Salt Linear Fresnel CSP Station, CTGR Hengji Nengmai Guazhou 100MW Tower CSP Station, and CTGR Golmud 100MW Tower CSP Station, have successfully been connected to the grid. The Tangshan Haitai 100MW Tower CSP Station, CTGR Xinjiang Hami Integrated Energy Demonstration Project 100MW Solar Thermal Project, Datang Shichengzi 100MW CSP Project, and Energy China Hami 150MW Tower Solar Thermal Project, all of which are under general contract construction, are expected to be put into production within this year.
