On May 14, the CSTA, the Solar Thermal Power Committee of Chinese Renewable Energy Society, and the
Zhongguancun XinYuan Solar Thermal Technology Service Center organized relevant industry representatives to visit TRX Solar Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " TRX Solar ") and Hebei Jinhang Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinhang Pipeline"). The visit was led by Liu Luping, the deputy chairman of the CSTA, with representatives from member units such as Hebei Jindong Technology Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yahe Valve Completion Co., Ltd., Zhongnan Engineering Corporation Limited and the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences participating.
At TRX Solar, the visiting group comprehensively understood the intelligent manufacturing process of high-temperature vacuum heat collection tubes. The operation scenes of advanced manufacturing equipment such as fully automatic laser welding equipment and intelligent detection platforms, as well as the strict quality control system, left a deep impression on the visiting group.
Zhang Lei, the general manager of TRX Solar, stated that as an important pioneer in the domestic solar thermal field, TRX Solar is deeply focused on the development and application of core technologies in the clean energy industry such as solar energy. It is professionally committed to the research and development of solar line focusing solar thermal technology, core product manufacturing, and intelligent energy services. In many domestic under-construction and operational parabolic trough and linear Fresnel power plant projects, TRX Solar has participated in the supply of heat collection tubes, demonstrating its important position and technical strength in the industry.
Deputy Chairman Liu Luping introduced the phased achievements of the industry's development, the opportunities faced, and the potential challenges. He said that from the first batch of national CSP demonstration projects to solar thermal + multi-energy complementary projects and then to the innovation of solar thermal multi-scenario applications, the solar thermal industry has forged ahead and finally ushered in the new situation of a large number of solar thermal projects being put into operation in the next two years. At this stage, the main tasks of solar thermal industry development are, first, to do everything possible to reduce the cost of solar thermal projects, second, to resolutely implement the policy deployment of large-scale development, and third, to more actively explore new ways and scenarios for solar thermal utilization.
At Jinhang Pipeline, the visiting group visited the production workshop and got up close to understand the intelligent production line of core products such as special metal pipes. In the workshop, the coordinated operation scenes of automated welding equipment, precision testing instruments, and digital management systems fully demonstrated Jinhang Pipeline's technical accumulation and manufacturing strength.
Vice General Manager Hou Lichen said that Jinhang Pipeline is committed to becoming a national high-standard advanced pipeline equipment supplier. It currently has three straight seam double-sided submerged arc welding steel pipe production lines, automated carbon steel, high-pressure alloy, stainless steel, flange, tee, cross, elbow, cap, reducer production lines, power four major pipeline fitting CNC production lines and other advanced domestic and foreign equipment. It can produce a variety of high, medium and low pressure specifications and models according to customer requirements, including national standards, American standards, German standards, Japanese standards, and non-standard products. In addition, Jinhang Pipeline has more than 50 sets of testing and experimental equipment, and can independently complete type testing, chemical testing, and non-destructive testing.
The representatives participating in the exchange highly recognized Jinhang Pipeline's practical achievements in process innovation, quality control, and green production.
Going forward, the CSTA will continue to organize in-depth industry chain visit activities. By accurately matching needs and jointly overcoming technical barriers, it will promote the high-quality development of the solar thermal industry under the "dual carbon" goals.
