On July 27th, 2018, the Department of High-Tech Development and Industrialization of Ministry of Science and Technology organized an acceptance meeting for National S&T Enabling Program “Research and Development of Key Technologies for Solar High-Quality Absorbing Membrane and Flat Collector” in Shengzhou, Zhejiang Province.
This project was approved by Ministry of Science and Technology in 2015, with China National Solar Thermal Alliance as its organizer. The project consists of 4 topics, which was undertaken by China Building Materials Academy, Weihai Gem-Port New Technology Co.,Ltd., Guangdong Fivestar Solar Energy Co., Ltd. and General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals.
The project has developed high-quality solar absorption membrane and coating equipment, built production line of flat and continuous winding magnetron sputtering coating, which annual production capacity is 4,050,000m2 and 1,440,000m2 respectively. The project has developed a high-efficiency cold-resistant flat plate collector which has a demonstration area of more than 13,000 m2 in the cold regions.
After hearing the report from the project leader about the project’s implementation, examining relevant materials, viewing project line, asking questions and having discussions on related issues, the expert group found that the project completed the main tasks and targets and it passed the acceptance inspection.
