Mr. He Yongjian, deputy director of development and planning department of National Energy Administration, delivered a speech entitled “National New Energy Planning” on New Energy Technology Development Summit organized by Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering on Nov. 19, 2014. He Yongjian pointed out that CSP technology is a distinctive technology and will be paid due attention to during the 13th Five-Year-Plan period.
