On February 5th, Zhejiang Zhongguang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongguang New Energy") received the first good news of the new year: Zhongguang New Energy has successfully won the bid for the full-plant operation, maintenance, and repair services of the 100-MW solar thermal power station of Phase II of Qingyu Direct Current, which has kicked off the new year's endeavors with a good start.
As the first tower-type solar thermal project of the National Energy Group, Phase II of the 100-MW Qingyu Direct Current solar thermal project started construction in March 2023 and is scheduled to be connected to the power grid in June 2025. After completion, it is expected to generate an average annual power output of 222,875,000 kWh. While serving as a good demonstration project, it will effectively promote the construction of a clean and low-carbon energy system in the region.
