Recently, Mr Bixiong Luo, chairman of China Power Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd. (CPECC) and his delegation visited Zhejiang University. The two parties signed a strategic cooperation agreement and an academician team introduction agreement. Mr. Luo expressed that he hopes to take this as an opportunity to connect with major national strategies, undertake major national tasks, deepen the declaration of national key R&D technical topics, major project planning consultation, and continuously promote all-round cooperation in scientific and technological innovation, personnel training and other fields.
According to the content of the strategic agreement, the two parties will aim to enhance technological innovation capabilities and realize industrial applications, give full play to their respective advantages, and carry out cooperation in the fields of efficient, clean and low-carbon energy utilization; strengthen the cooperation on frontier technologies such as CCUS, CSP, and supercritical carbon dioxide power generation, and comprehensively promote in-depth cooperation in major scientific research projects in the field of energy and power, scientific research and industrialization development, and personnel training.
