On April 14, Supcon Delingha 50MW Solar Tower project, one of China's first 20 CSP demonstration projects, held the signing ceremony of its turbine-generator set. The final winning bidder is Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd (short for Hangzhou Steam Turbine) .
This bid is carried out by tender invition. And there are total 4 bidders participated in the bid, which are listed below:
1. Shandong Jinan Power Equipment Factory Co., Ltd.
2. Dongfang Steam Turbine Co., Ltd.
3. Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd.
4. Harbin Turbine Company Limited
Except for steam turbine and generator, the supply of this turbine-generator set will also include auxiliary engine, regenerative system and installation and debugging services. According to Hangzhou Steam Turbine, the steam turbine offered to Supcon project will use the two-cylinder design. High pressure cylinder will adopt the reaction technique from Siemens, and low pressure cylinder will adopt the impulse technology.
Since its formal construction on October 25, 2016, the construction and purchasing work of Supcon 50MW solar tower project has been under steady advancement. Except for the confirmed steam turbine bid-winner, the supplier of reflecting mirror has also been confirmed lately.
