According to the provisions of coalition agreement of China Solar Thermal Alliance (CSTA), CSTA has a chairman and several vice chairmen.The chairman and vice chairmen form a joint meeting, which, as CSTA's executive decision-making body, performs the functions and powers of the Council Congress when the Council Congress is not in session. The joint meeting of CSTA will be changed and elected every three years. The members of CSTA voluntarily recommend one candidate for the chairman and vice chairman election. Through the campaign speech, democratic voting of representatives of all CSTA's membership and a differential election,a new Joint Meeting of Chairman will be determined.
